COMPLEX RENOVATION

Lovingly moved from Central Auckland to its new residence, nestled into Clevedon valley, this beautiful villa stands proud. Regular care and love have kept this home on schedule to be an icon for many more years to come. This season’s task? Reroof and repair some leak points in the upstairs lounge. Roof slope, skylights, rolled verandahs and general structure necessitated careful planning to undertake the work to repair, prepare and replace the roof.
