Whether you are at Concept Planning stages or Working Drawings, we’ll first review the plans with you from a professional construction point of view. Then, we’ll collaborate together on items you’d like included in your home, from cladding to door handles to any special features you want to ensure that it looks and feels the way you want it to, inside and out. We’ll try and be as specific as we can, but where you may not be sure on the exact product yet, we’ll ensure we’ve included provision for what it will likely be. These steps ensure that what is being designed, and what you want in your home will be within your desired budget.

Once we are happy that the plans are perfect and the specifications are right we move to the contract stage using the Master Builders Contract that is right for your project. We offer a 10-year comprehensive Master Builders Guarantee for your peace-of-mind.
